Our villa contains two places separately, one is the villa main building, another is an updated garage house.

Villa main building:

There are five bedrooms , shared with two baths and two toilets, public living room and a big kitchen, washing room  in the main building.

Five bedrooms are

  • One single room has two single beds inside  for one or two people.
  • One double room, one king bed inside for two people
  • One triple room, one double bed and one single bunk bed inside for three people.
  • One quad room has one double bunk bed, two single beds inside for four persons
  • One upstairs triple room has one double bed and two single beds for three people.

Updated garage room

There are a self contained double room with a private bathroom , and an office and a stock room in our updated garage house.a self-contained double room has one queen bed with a private bathroom, and shares a small kitchen with  an office room.

We are located close to the main business Street (Bank Street) Regent area and next to two supermarkets( Count Down & New World). You can walk along Bank Street directly to the town center.

Whangarei district has quite a lot of nice scenic spots,  such as Town Basin Marina and HATEA Loop,  Whangarei Falls,  Mair Park, Whangarei Quarry Garden, Whangarei Art Museum and Kiwi North Museum, City Library and so on.

Very nice beaches include Whangarei Heads, Tutukaka Coast, and Bream Bay, They also have visitor coastal walks, fishing grounds ,Diving, Swimming, Surfing  places.  Shops and restaurants are abundant in the surrounding area.
